Dr. Anatoliy Bondarchuk is a retired Soviet hammer thrower, who is regarded as the most accomplished hammer throw coach of all time. He has coached world record holders and Olympic champions in all aspects of athletic performance and the improvement thereof, including weight training. His other works, translated by Dr. Michael Yessis, have been staples in weight training communities for years.
