2 Day Course Specializing in Strength Training Methodology

At long last, there is a way to learn the intricacies of Yuri Verkhoshansky’s life work. His daughter, Dr. Natalia Verkhoshansky, has synthesized his work with the help of Antonio Squillante and created a 15 hour course covering a range of concepts conceived by her father. The first event will be held in March 26-27 on the campus of USC in Southern California. NSCA will grant 1.5 CEU’S for the completion of the courses. There will also be a certification test after the courses to prove competency. The course cost is $499
